Samsung Galaxy S4 or iPhone 5 – Which one to buy?

The launch of Samsung Galaxy S4 gave the fierce competition to Apple’s iPhone 5. Before that Apple iPhones have unarguably been on top. But the scenario seems to have changed now.

Lets compare both the phones and see which one scores better:

Its width makes it fit comfortably into the hand of just about anyone. It has got aluminium casing on the rear, which makes it look classier.

There is not much difference in picture quality when viewed at normal size. The Samsung Galaxy S4 has many more modes, filters and effects whereas the iPhone 5 has only HDR and panorama. If you want to have fun with your smart phone camera, the Galaxy S4 is to be chosen. Although plenty of iPhone apps that do similar things are available.

Verdict

Overall we can say Samsung Galaxy S4 scores higher than the iPhone 5. When you hold the iPhone 5, you dont find it much different from its predecessor, whereas Samsung Galaxy S4 is has got revolutionary changes from its predecessor. In my opinion Samsung Galaxy S4 is the smartphone of 2013.
